AltaVista is currently alternating their rankings at times. Therefore, you may rank in a certain position on the first search, and then a subsequent identical search a few minutes later may show somewhat different rankings. We assume this is temporary and will eventually be corrected by AltaVista.
Ah-Ha may sometimes rotate an ad from eBay or another partner within its search listings. Therefore, you may see one or two 'partner' listings vary each time you run a report.

ICQ Search appears to be having trouble with their search function. We are watching this closely and will re-enable this engine as soon as they fix the problem
Note: Recently IWon appears to be returning different search results depending on the hour of the day the search is being done. Therefore, your rankings may fluctuate often.

Lycos appears to be having trouble with their search engine. At times it will return "no matches found" erroneously. This may occasionally cause one or more of your searches to be reported as "No Matches Found". We are hoping that Lycos will resolve this issue quickly.
4-4-2003 - Open Directory has been having server problems recently. Expect many searches to fail until they resolve these problems.

NM means No Matches were found for that keyword search.
